Working resources for coaches who facilitate paid rooms

Everything here answers a question a facilitator has to settle before the next cohort starts.

These pages are the practical companion to the product. The calculators handle the two questions that decide whether a cohort works financially and structurally: what a seat actually collects once fees, failed cards and mid term exits are counted, and whether your call rhythm can give every member the hot seat turns you promised. The comparison pages answer the other common question, which is whether a narrow seat tracker is the right purchase at all next to the broader platforms most coaches already own.

The checklist is the piece to print. It runs from the pricing decision through screening, kickoff norms and the monthly attendance review, and it is written for someone about to put eight or ten paying women founders in a room together for a year. Everything is free, nothing requires an account, and the editable copy of the checklist arrives by email if you want it.

The free material plans the room; the roster runs it

Everything on this page stays free, and plenty of facilitators carry a first cohort on the checklist and a spreadsheet without any trouble. The point where that breaks is usually the second room, when two rotations, two billing calendars and two attendance records have to be held at once. If you are near that point, book a demo and see what the cohort roster carries for you.
